The Weekly Drip - Season 4 Episode 12
A short and sweet Weekly Drip coming at you today with Amber Pierce of COIT Cleaning and Restoration. She was flying solo today as her fearless cohost Ashley Tullis was tied up in meetings. Amber ventured out of Dripping Springs and was coming to us from Downtown Austin at Casa de Luz! What a fun change of scenery! Regardless, she was bringing us all the fun things happening in our not so little town of Dripping Springs. So buckle up, this is going to be a quick one today and if you happened to miss the show, no worries, you can catch these ladies live on Facebook every Wednesday at 2pm CST and of couse you can always find the recaps here!
First up, Amber shared that May 4th Suds Monkey is having the Loteria! What's that you ask??? It's Mexican Bingo! Supposedly you use pictures instead of the traditional numbers and letters. We are in the Bingo capital of Texas you know. This event will be at 6:30pm and you can check out the Suds Monkey Facebook Page for more information.
Next up is the Family Campout at Dripping Springs Ranch Park. This camping event is only $25 for a family of 4 (a little extra if you've got more than 4, no need to worry). It will be on May 5th to May 6th. You can check out the event information at this link here.
Dripping Springs Distilling is having a cocktail theme cookie decorating class at 1pm this Saturday. It's $45 to register for the event and you can find more info here. A little boozin', a little boozy themed cookies??? What's not to love?
Cinco de Mayo is upon us and 12 Fox Beer has got your celebrations covered. This Friday (Cinco de Mayo... which is May 5th if you live under a rock) noon-9pm there will be a Cinco de Mayo Festival. They'll have the Mexican food, the drinks, the dessert, the live music. All the things you need to celebrate Cinco de Mayo in Dripping Springs properly!
And last but not least, this Saturday is the Promtacular event which is a prom for local area kids with special needs. This event is open to all ages and they are still accepting much needed donations, both monetary and in the form of tuxedos or dresses.
